This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data when you interact with our AI applications, including but not limited to AI Chat apps, Call Recorder apps, and other AI-powered applications we develop.

Face Data Disclosure (AI Photo Apps)
This section applies to our AI Photo applications (including AI Photo Assistant, Hair AI, and similar apps) where users upload photos for AI based editing, generation, or enhancement.
- Explicit statement on face data retention
Face data is not retained as a separate or identifiable data category.
We do not create, extract, store, or retain biometric face data, including facial templates, face geometry, or facial landmarks used for identification or authentication. We do not perform facial recognition, identity verification, or user identification.
User uploaded photos may include faces. These photos are handled only as image files for the purposes described below.
Face data has no independent retention period; user-uploaded photos that may include faces are retained only as described in Section 3 (up to 30 days). - Purpose of storing photos that may include faces
We temporarily store user uploaded photos that may include faces only to:
Process the user’s requested AI image feature
Generate and deliver the requested output reliably
Support short term access to recent results
Handle limited troubleshooting, security, and abuse prevention
We do not store photos for advertising, marketing, analytics profiling, tracking, or model training. - Retention period and justification
User uploaded photos that may include faces are stored for up to 30 days from the date of upload.
This limited retention period is required to:
Allow reliable processing and retries if generation fails
Enable short term access to generated results
Provide a limited support window in case of technical issues
Photos are not stored indefinitely.
After 30 days, all user uploaded photos are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers.
Users may delete uploaded photos at any time from the app’s Settings. When deleted by the user, the data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered. - Third parties with whom face data is shared
We share user uploaded photos that may include faces only with the following third parties, solely to provide the requested service:
OpenAI, which processes images to generate the requested AI output
Our secure cloud hosting and storage providers including (Microsoft Azure, DigitalOcean, Hetzner and Cloudflare), which temporarily store encrypted uploads and generated results during the retention period.
No other third parties receive access to this data. - Reason for sharing face data with third parties
We share photos with:
OpenAI only to perform the AI image generation or editing explicitly requested by the user
Cloud hosting and storage providers only to securely store and deliver uploaded content and generated results
We do not sell, rent, license, trade, or otherwise monetize face data or photos. - Third party storage and retention practices
OpenAI acts as a data processor for our applications. Images are processed to generate the requested output. We configure our use of OpenAI services to minimize data retention and do not request or authorize indefinite storage. Any retention by OpenAI, if applicable, is limited, purpose bound, and not indefinite.
Our cloud hosting and storage providers store encrypted data only as required to operate the service and in accordance with the same retention period of up to 30 days, after which the data is deleted.
We do not authorize indefinite storage of face data by any third party.

Additional Privacy Details for AI Photo Apps
User uploaded images are removed from chat history once deleted by the user or once the applicable retention period described above ends. AI generated results may appear in the app gallery until deleted manually by the user.
Users can delete images or clear all data at any time from the app’s Settings. When deleted manually, all related data is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.
We do not use uploaded or generated images for analytics, marketing, or model training purposes.
Illinois (U.S.) Notice
In accordance with the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), we confirm that we do not collect, store, or use biometric identifiers such as facial geometry, facial landmarks, or facial templates for identification or authentication.
