This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data when you interact with our AI applications, including but not limited to AI Chat apps, Call Recorder apps, and other AI-powered applications we develop.

Specific Privacy Practices for AI Photo Apps (AI Photo Assistant, Hair AI, and similar applications)
Our AI Photo applications (such as AI Photo Assistant: Generator, Hair AI, and similar apps) handle user-uploaded images solely to perform the requested AI editing, generation, or enhancement features. Some uploaded photos may include faces; however, we do not extract, analyze, or store biometric data, face geometry, or facial templates, and we do not perform facial recognition, identification, or authentication.
Uploaded images are transmitted securely to our image-generation provider OpenAI only to fulfill the user’s request. These data are stored on encrypted servers for a limited time to enable processing. No other third parties receive or have access to this information.
All images uploaded by users are retained for up to thirty (30) days from the date of upload. After this period, they are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers and those of our service providers.
User-uploaded images are also removed from chat history once deleted or once the 30-day retention period ends. Only AI-generated results may appear in the app gallery until deleted manually by the user.
Users can delete images or clear all data at any time from the app’s Settings. When deleted manually, all related data are permanently removed (hard-deleted) from our servers and cannot be recovered.
We do not use any uploaded or generated images for analytics, marketing, or model training purposes.
Additional Information for Users in Illinois (U.S.)
In accordance with Illinois law (Biometric Information Privacy Act – BIPA), this section provides additional disclosures for users located in Illinois. While our AI Photo applications may process photos that include faces, we do not collect or store biometric identifiers such as face geometry, facial landmarks, or templates. The app does not use any such information to identify, authenticate, or verify individuals.
We use secure cloud storage providers to store uploaded images during processing and the short retention period described above. We will never sell, lease, or trade facial images or related data to any third parties.
